All prices quoted are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Better Price Ltd. All prices are quoted in United Kingdom British Pound (GBP) and include VAT. The higher Prices that are striped out on the product pages,are from online retailers that we have found to be selling the same product at the higher price. These can be found by adding the product name into your favorite search engine. Sale price are a further reduction from our recently advertised prices.Harveys Interiors reserves the right to reject any orders which include incorrect prices which may occur due to data entry errors, code errors, hacking, incorrect pricing provided by manufacturer, translation errors etc. Prices are not negotiable and do not include postage and handling.Unless stated on the product page "Free Delivery" Postage and handling costs will be calculated when completing the order.
All of our products are for domestic use only and come with a 12 month manufactures fair use guarantee, Where products require assembly , these should be carried out using the provided assembly instructions and fixings,Any assembly not carried out as indicated on the assembly instructions or alternative fixings used that are not provided with the product , could invalidate the guarantee. If in doubt please contact us before altering the assembly as indicated on the assembly instructions or using alternative fixings

In normal data flow days, emails are expected to be replied to within 24hrs, however during heavy data flows this can be extended to 48hrs. Social media enquires are replied to on sight but may refer you to use email, if your enquiry is account specific and can not be dealt with as a general enquiry
We use many suppliers onshore and off shore for our products that we sell to the public .As a retailer we take full responsibility for these products that are supplied by us to the customer that they meet suitability of use and are intended for domestic use only.
Any defects, faults or shortfalls on delivery or there after, should be directed to us Better Price Ltd through email or the online contact forms .
You are not permitted to contact our suppliers directly without written consent from us . Doing so will result in any contract claim being presumed by us as being satisfied at that moment of contact with our suppliers .as such we shall presume that you are solving any issue without further holding us liable for any claims or responsibility .
We can send your order anywhere within mainland United Kingdom, some Scotland extreme post codes will incur a delivery surcharge. All our items are Warehouse packed for safe delivery. We ship all products by Track & Trace courier unless otherwise directed. This usually takes between 1 to 14 working days depending on the delivery service in the destination area.Sofas will take up to 14 working days to complete.
Our delivery service is under the terms of our couriers and at times they may exceed the expected delivery date ,which is out of our control.As such we will not be held liable for any failed delivery by us or any third party couriers. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that goods can be installed into there home without damage to either their property or the product.Please ensure that you have familiarised yourself with the product sizes, as to whether the product will be able to be installed into your home. We will not be held responsible if the product will not go into your home or for any damage to your property or the product. Our delivery liability is to the kerbside only.
Our main delivery service is a one man team to the kerbside only ,where the delivery is intended for flats ,the delivery is to the ground floor only, However our couriers will aid you with getting the product into your home,this will be at the discretion of the curries onsite delivery team and we nor our curries will be held responsible for any damage to your property/product or the inability to get the products into your home.
We normally ship our products within 14 business days unless requested otherwise. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 14 business days we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date .
Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.Also we will issue you with a tracking number from our couriers,where you can track your order,at the point of dispatch when using an overnight courier service , A time slot will be issued on the delivery date,which can be accessed through the provided tracking details..If no one is available to Sign for the consignment at your address a failed delivery card will be left, and your consignment will be redelivered free of charge the next working day, However if another delivery attempt is failed , your consignment could be registered as a failed delivery and you could be liable for the failed delivery charge and the return delivery costs back to our warehouse ,If you can not be at home or arrange someone to sign for the consignment do not order from this website.
ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED YOU ARE ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER BUT YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR THE RETURN AND DELIVERY CHARGE.PLEASE CHECK WITH US TO CONFIRM THAT YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED BEFORE SUBMITING A CANCELLATION REQUEST.

we offer a number of finance options as such we need to collect more information about during registration on our website. This is to ensure your suitability for finance and to aid us gaining your credit history details. This will included information regarding your employment status and personal expenses along with your banking details to enable us to set up direct debit repayments.
You have a right to cancel your order/contract with us for any reason as long as you notify us within 30 days of receipt of the product either by email or the online returns form .
If an order has been dispatched by courier and has not been received but you are wanting to cancel the order with us,you will be liable for the return cost to our warehouse,
if an item is received and it is either unwanted ,damaged or faulty, a return claim MUST be filed with Better Price within 30 days from date of receipt of goods.
In all cases goods should be checked for transit damage before signing for the product any signs of transit damage to the packaging MUST be signed for as DAMAGED and reported to Better Price within 24hrs of receipt of goods. All parts should be carefully checked for any damage before attempting any assembly,as this could void any later claims for manufacturing faults.

We suggest that all packaging is retained until the condition and satisfaction of your order has been established.
Any signs of transit damage to the packaging MUST be signed for as received damage parcel,or refused. Once goods are signed for ,you are agreeing that goods have been received in acceptable condition,with no signs of transit damage to the packaging. . Saying that the Courier would not wait for you, to inspect the packaging ,is not an acceptable excuse.We do not require you to open the packaging at the point of delivery,this is only a recommendation.Although any damages to the product MUST be reported to us within 24hrs of receiving the product. Claims made after signing, will not include the delivery charge to you and could void any claim against damage goods.

The following options will then be made available:
1. Replacement: If possible, a replacement or parts will be sent, subject to availability.
2. Credit: If no replacement is available, a credit will be offered to the full amount of the purchase price.
3. Refund: If a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment within 28 days of a request for a refund being logged on our system via email (i.e. if payment was made on Visa, the visa will be credited. If the item was purchased by direct credit, the debited account shall be credited).
4 We offer replacement parts by default , if these are offered and the customer refuses to accept them as a solution ,then any returns will be handled by our normal unwanted product returns. Once goods are back in our warehouse and confirmed that the parts offered would have solved any problems , then the customer wil be liable for the returns and collection charges .
. In all cases Returns should be made with their original packaging in tact or similar, with no signs or attempt to assemble the goods.
If any parts are missing including the original packaging we will seek to recover the cost of replacement of these parts from you.
Mattresses for hygienic reasons can not be returned after packaging has been removed.
All goods must be returned in a re-sellable form unless otherwise stated.
Returning of goods shall be at the customers expense and should be suitably insured for transit.
However we can at the customers request arrange for the collection for the unwanted goods,this could take up to 14 days to raise the paperwork and is a chargeable service which will be calculated on weight and number of parcels typical cost is between £10 and £40 however larger and heavier items could be substantially more.
Whilst goods are in your possession you are required to take reasonable care of them ,this includes transit back to our warehouse, If goods show any signs of transit damage we have the right to refuse receipt of them.
Once goods are back at our warehouse and are shown to be confirmed as a manufacturing fault or transit damaged, you will be reimbursed the cost of returning the goods at our normal rates for delivery/collections whichever is the lowest.
If the product is incomplete ie missing parts including the original packaging we will seek to gain reimbursement from you,which could exceed the original price of the product.
Cash on Delivery sales are treated as customer present when sold , You are required to inspect the product in your home or on the vehicle, for suitability. Once you are happy with the product and paid the driver in cash this completes the contract and is no longer regarded as being sold as a distant product. The driver will gain a signature from you stating that goods where delivered and inspected to be in good order. This does not affect your consumer rights.
