We can send your order anywhere within mainland United Kingdom ,Scotland and extreme postcode areas may attract a delivery surcharge . All our items are Warehouse packed for safe delivery. We ship all products by Track & Trace courier unless otherwise directed. This usually takes between 1 to 14 working days depending on the delivery service in the destination area.
We normally ship our products on the next working day after payment has been received and your order has been processed or within 14 business days for sofas and selected dining tables unless requested otherwise. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 14 business days we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date and offer to refund your payment.
Our next day delivery service is a next working day service and is under the terms and conditions of our couriers and at times they may exceed the expected delivery date ,which is out of our control. As such we will not be held liable for any failed delivery by us or any third party couriers.
Our delivery service is a one man team to the kerbside only ,where the delivery is intended for flats ,the delivery is to the ground floor only, However our couriers will aid you with getting the product into your home,this will be at the discretion of the curries onsite delivery team and we nor our curries will be held responsible for any damage to your property or the inability to get the products into your home.
Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address, this will be calculated on weight and number of parcels typical cost is between £10 and £40 however larger and heavier items could be substantially more.
We do not charge any Administration or restocking fees.

The Return Delivery charge is calculated on weight and the number of parcels but will not exceed £100
You have a right to cancel your order/contract with us for any reason as long as you notify us within 14 days of receipt of the product either by email or the online returns form .
If an order has been dispatched by courier and has not been received but you are wanting to cancel the order with us,you will be liable for the return cost to our warehouse, if an item is received and it is either damaged, unwanted or faulty, a return claim MUST be filed within 30 days from date of receipt of goods.
In all cases goods should be checked for transit damage before signing for the product any signs of transit damage to the packaging MUST be signed for as DAMAGED and reported to Better Price Ltd within 24hrs of receipt of goods. All parts should be carefully checked for any damage before attempting any assembly, as this could void any later claims for manufacturing faults.

We suggest that all packaging be retained until the condition and satisfaction of your order has been established.
Any signs of transit damage to the packaging MUST be signed for as received damage parcel,or refused. Once goods are signed for ,you are agreeing that goods have been received in acceptable condition,with no signs of transit damage to the packaging. . Saying that the Courier would not wait for you, to inspect the packaging ,is not an acceptable excuse.We do not require you to open the packaging at the point of delivery,this is only a recommendation.Although any damages to the product MUST be reported to us within 24hrs of receiving the product. Claims made after signing, will not include the delivery charge to you and could void any claim against damage goods.

The following options will then be made available:
1. Replacement: If possible, a replacement or parts will be sent, subject to availability.
2. Credit: If no replacement is available, a credit will be offered to the full amount of the purchase price.
3. Refund: If a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment (i.e.. if payment was made on Visa, the visa will be credited. If the item was purchased by direct credit, the debited account shall be credited).
4 We offer replacement parts by default , if these are offered and the customer refuses to accept them as a solution ,then any reurns will be handeled by our normal unwanted product returns. Once goods are back in our warehouse and confirmed that the parts offered would have solved any problems , then the customer wil be liable for the returns and collection charges .
5 In all cases Returns should be made with their original packaging in tact or similar, with no signs or attempt to assemble the goods.Mattresses for hygienic reasons can not be returned after packaging has been removed.
If any parts are missing including the original packaging we will seek to recover the cost of replacement of these parts from you.
All goods should be returned in a re-sellable form unless otherwise stated. Returning of goods shall be at the customers expense and should be suitably insured for transit.

Whilst goods are in your possession you are required to take reasonable care of them ,this includes transit back to our warehouse, If goods show any signs of transit damage we have the right to refuse receipt of them.
Once goods are back at our warehouse and are shown to be confirmed as a manufacturing fault ,or transit damaged, you will be reimbursed the cost of returning the goods at our normal rates for delivery/collections whichever is the lowest.
If the product is incomplete ie missing parts including the original packaging we will seek to gain reimbursement from you,which could exceed the original price of the product.
Cash on Delivery sales are treated as customer present when sold , You are required to inspect the product in your home or on the vehicle, for suitability. Once you are happy with the product and paid the driver in cash this completes the contract and is no longer regarded as being sold as a distant product. The driver will gain a signature from you stating that goods where delivered and inspected to be in good order. This does not affect your consumer rights.
